FAGEPI through the Fundació Privada per a la Innovació Tèxtil (FAGEPI) -Private Foundation for Textile Innovation- carries out training actions to promote the innovation process in the knitting industry in its widest sense: product, process, management, knowledge and commercial strategy.

• Continuous Training addressed to companies in the textile sector with the aim of improving competences, qualifications and also the requalification of employed workers, which will allow the most competitiveness in the company to be counted with the individual training of the people working there. Those granted courses belong to the program contracts for training by the Consorci per a la Formació Contínua (Consortium for Continuous Training) of the Generalitat de Catalunya (the Catalan Autonomous Government) and the European Social Fund.
• Occupational Training aimed at the labour dynamics of the textile sector and the promotion both of professional insertion of unemployed workers and of youngsters in search of their first job.
